  • An optional setting of a time window within which the algoritm looks for the max. and min. value (SBP and DBP) has been added. By changing these parameters the user can adjust the SBP/DBP detector to the specific requirements of the recording. In this way the recording can be cleaned of any spikes and incisures arising for any reason whatsoever.

 

LDDA(5) ver. 8.0
The following features were added in the frequency domain analysis (FFT and AR):

  • The option to calculate spectral power also in the ULF - Ultra Low Frequency and in the VHF - Very High Frequency bands (in addition to the existing VLF, LF and HF bands). The operator can modify the number and limits of frequency bands which represent the quantitative, numeric results of spectral analysis and give a measure of microcirculation in absolute or normalized units.
  • Calculation of two additional parameters, CCVLF (Coefficient of Component Variance for LF) and CCVHF (Coefficient of Component Variance for HF).

Launch of SA-aHRV ver. 5.0.0, discontinuation of SA-HRV ver. 4.1.0

SA-aHRV ver. 5.0.0 was launched. This is an advanced SA-HRV version with the following advantages:

  • a sophisticated and flexible automatic Data Editor function;
  • a capability to export the selected analysis results to an Excel (CSV) spreadsheet. The results are saved in groups and automatically and sequentially appended to (a) selected CSV Results file(s);
  • continued development with software updates for the foreseeable future;
  • Improved compatibility with Excel CSV files. The program now ignores non-numeric strings and sets their value to zero;
  • While compatibility with different formats has already been independent of regional settings, it is now also independent of headers containing date/time information in various regional formats, thus enabling the software to use and display also actual time of day independent of regional formats, not just time elapsed from the start of the recording.  
 

aHRV ver. 10.1 and  LT-HRV ver. 4.4
The following features were added:

  • Compatibility with recordings output by the LiDCO™ plus Hemodynamic Monitor in the CSV format;

HRV ver. 9.3.0 and LTHRV ver 4.2.0

Analysis:

  • Compatibility with binary DAT files recorded by the Del Mar Reynolds® (now Spacelabs Medical®) Pathfinder Holter system was expanded. The software is now compatible with all versions of Pathfinder. The Pathfinder utilities for editing of aberrant, ectopic and missing beats are incorporated into the procedure.
 

LDDA(5) ver. 7.0

Nevrokard LDDA(5), a new software tool designed for Laser Doppler Data Analysis, was released.

Nevrokard™ LDDA(5) program performs Frequency Domain Analysis up to 5Hz and therefore a resampling rate of 10Hz is required.

The following features were added to the LDDA ver. 6.05:

  • Frequency domain analysis of up to 5Hz for all compatible files;
  • Direct moving from one mode of analysis to another by clicking the individual icons was added, the Back key is no longer there;
  • New Print Preview windows design;
  • Reading of source files from a CD and saving of the resulting files to a user-selectable hard disk directory; in the absence of a CD the file is written to the source file directory (as before);
  • Frequency domain analysis (AR and FFT):Calculation of two additional parameters, LF/(LF+HF) spectral power ratio and HF/(LF+HF) spectral power ratio in consecutive time segments;
  • Frequency domain analysis (FFT): Five new spectral windows were added (Blackman Exact, Blackman Harris, Chebyshev, Cosine Tappered, Kaiser).
  • Thoroughly revised, simpler and more user-friendly software design.

  • The key feature of the segmented HRV analysis, i.e., the Segment Settings have been substantially improved. If overlapping of segments is enabled, any percentage of overlapping between 1 and 100 percent can be selected in steps of 1 percent;

  • Compatibility with BEA files recorded by and exported from the Philips Zymed® 2010 Holter system was added;
  • The software will now work regardless of whether a decimal comma or a decimal point is used with decimal numbers, i.e., independently of the regional settings;

BRS  and SA-BRS Sequential analysis:

  • Baroreflex-related RRI changes may appear only several beats after a BP change. In order to improve flexibility of our software for research under different conditions, we allowed for a user-definable lag/delay of from 0 to 14 beats (the default value is 1 beat).
  • A range of graphic improvements - drawing of points, slope and average slope in the graph can be selected.

Analysis - all programs (improvement in the Text and MS-Excel compatibility):

  • In addition to RRI and Heart Rate, ECG data may now also be displayed as Running Time. Running time (ms) is the time elapsed since the beginning of the recording. Any running time value minus the immediately preceding running time value equals an RRI.
  • If the data acquisition system used does not ouput MBP (mean blood pressure) values, the user may select the CALCULATE option. If this option is selected, MBP values are calculated according to the following formula: MBP=(SBP-DBP)/3 + DBP.

Even if your EVAL version stopped working at any time in the past, you can download the new EVAL version now and it will work as DEMO.
